1. Refund & Transfer Policy

All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are fully committed to your chosen course before completing your booking.

2. Health & Travel Insurance

All students are responsible for arranging their own Health Insurance and Travel Insurance prior to arrival. Students from EEA countries are strongly advised to obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) from their local Social Welfare Office before travelling. The EHIC entitles the holder to free emergency hospital care within the EEA. For more information, visit ec.europa.eu.

3. Course Scheduling

Galway English Academy reserves the right to change course dates and times without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to ensure that any time lost is made up in full.

4. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for any damage or injury they may cause to staff, fellow students, or the premises — including buildings, furniture, and fittings — while attending Galway English Academy.

5. Accessibility

Please note that our school is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a historic building in Galway City Centre. Unfortunately, there is no elevator access. If you have mobility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise you appropriately.
